Drop-off
Each piece gets logged and tagged. We note the fabric, any trim, and any wear that's already there — so nothing surprises you (or us) at pickup.
How it works
Most dry cleaners run every piece through the same machine on the same cycle. We don't. Here's what actually happens between drop-off and pickup.

"If steam can do it, we don't reach for chemistry."

We find the stains before any cleaning starts. Wine, oil, ink, and food all need different treatment, so we work on each one separately.
Stains get worked on by hand using plant-based agents — citrus, glycerin, gentle soaps. No bleach, no PFAS, no harsh whiteners.
Wool, silk, cashmere, and tailored suits go through a gentle non-toxic solvent cycle. Cotton, linen, and most knits are wet-cleaned with plant-based detergent.
Every shirt is pressed by hand on a tailor's form. Suits get shaped on a steam dummy and finished with an iron. Nothing rides a conveyor belt.
Hung in breathable cotton bags — never the throwaway plastic kind. Bring the bag back next time and we'll reuse it.

What we leave out
No perchloroethylene (perc)
Perc is the harsh solvent that gives most cleaners that chemical smell. We don't use it. Ever.
No PFAS
We don't put 'forever chemicals' on your clothes as stain repellent.
No optical brighteners
Whites stay white the honest way — careful sorting and the right temperature.
Reused hangers & bags
Bring them back. We'll take them. It's that simple.
